Steps to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an Email Request
    • Email support@ibasuite.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
    • Include your registered email address or phone number for verification.
  2. Verification Process
    • Our support team will review your request and may contact you for additional verification if necessary.
  3. Confirmation of Deletion
    • Once verified, your account will be scheduled for deletion.
    • You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.


What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

  • Immediately Deleted:

    • Profile information (name, email, phone number, profile picture)

    • Chat messages

    • Contacts and friend lists

    • Preferences and settings

  • Retained for a Limited Period:

    • Legal and security-related data may be kept for up to 30 days for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.

    • If required by law, certain transaction records may be stored for an extended period.

  • Irreversible Action:

    • Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you wish to use Kwek Chat again, you will need to create a new account.
