Our Apps

This data deletion request form applies to the following iBAS mobile applications:

• Balut Ville - Balut scoring and game tracking app
• Kwek Chat - Messaging and communication app
• AFAM - Social networking app

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Fill out the form - Provide your name, email address, select the app, and include your user ID or username if you know it.
2. Prepare your request - Use the email form to prepare a request, then open your email app.
3. Send the email - Review and send the email to complete your request.
4. Verification - We will verify your identity by sending a confirmation to your registered email address within 3 business days.
5. Processing - Once verified, your account and data will be deleted within 30 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Account profile information (name, email, username, profile picture)
• User-generated content (messages, posts, game scores, activity history)
• App preferences and settings
• Device tokens and push notification data
• Usage analytics tied to your account

Data That May Be Retained

• Transaction records - Financial transaction data may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations.
• Legal compliance data - Certain data may be retained if required by law, court order, or regulatory obligations.
• Anonymized analytics - Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for service improvement.
• Backup retention - Data in encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days before automatic deletion.

You can also request account deletion by:

• Using the in-app account deletion feature (Settings > Account > Delete Account)
• Emailing us directly at privacy@ibasuite.com
