Account & Data Deletion Request
Request deletion of your account and personal data from our mobile applications.
Our Apps
This data deletion request form applies to the following iBAS mobile applications:
- Balut Ville - Balut scoring and game tracking app
- Kwek Chat - Messaging and communication app
- AFAM - Social networking app
How to Request Account Deletion
- Fill out the form - Provide your name, email address, select the app, and enter your user ID or username associated with your account.
- Submit your request - Click the submit button which will open your email client with a pre-filled deletion request.
- Send the email - Review and send the email to complete your request.
- Verification - We will verify your identity by sending a confirmation to your registered email address within 3 business days.
- Processing - Once verified, your account and data will be deleted within 30 days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account profile information (name, email, username, profile picture)
- User-generated content (messages, posts, game scores, activity history)
- App preferences and settings
- Device tokens and push notification data
- Usage analytics tied to your account
Data That May Be Retained
- Transaction records - Financial transaction data may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations.
- Legal compliance data - Certain data may be retained if required by law, court order, or regulatory obligations.
- Anonymized analytics - Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for service improvement.
- Backup retention - Data in encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days before automatic deletion.
Alternative Deletion Methods
You can also request account deletion by:
- Using the in-app account deletion feature (Settings > Account > Delete Account)
- Emailing us directly at privacy@ibasuite.com
